Your Support Counts. The Red Clay Studio's goal is to become a financially self-sustaining entity. However, like all non-profits, sponsorship and patronage are important sources of funding.
That's especially true in this, our first year of operation. Your support makes a big difference.
Why Donate?
Support the Arts. Your donation enhances community life in the Tennessee Valley. A thriving arts scene is an important part of a healthy, prosperous community. Your contribution is a way to "give something back" to your community.
Civic Pride. Our goal is to achieve national recognition for the Tennessee Valley as a center for the arts. We will accomplish this through the exhibition of our films at national film festivals. Your contribution helps us prove what our people and our state can do.
Economic Development. Independent filmmaking creates jobs, yet Alabama is sadly behind other states in supporting this industry. Each year Alabama loses millions film production dollars to surrounding states.
We strongly support recent state initiatives to attract film production to Alabama. An important part of these initiatives is the creation of a local filmmaking workforce. Your support of the Red Clay Studio facilitates the development of this workforce.
Shape Lives. Film and stage crafts are collaborative arts that build character. We want to help students find their voice, express themselves through original work, and gain confidence as they see their audience respond. Your sponsorship directly supports the classes and productions that make this possible.
Sponsorship Levels
Benefactor: $5000-Up. Your donation makes you a leading sponsor of the Studio. Your sponsorship will be listed in the credits for all film or stage production for one year, recognized on our Web site, and listed on the Studio's wall of donors.
Sponsor: $1000. In addition to supporting the Studio, your sponsorship will be listed in the credits for one film or stage production, recognized on our Web site, and listed on the Studio's wall of donors.
Patron: $500. Your donation will be recognized on our Web site and listed on the Studio's wall of donors.
Associate: $100. Your donation will help fund Studio operations and productions.
Friend: $50. Your donation will help fund Studio operations and productions.
